Nicole of The Wardrobe Code and I are just moving right along on our image makeovers! And having a blast doing it! It’s so much fun to see these women’s confidence soar when we’re done having our way with them!

Alicia nominated herself for a makeover because she was feeling like a frumpy mom and had a Valentines Day get away coming up with her husband. I know how it feels to be the mom of a 1 year old so my vote was for her and Nicole agreed!

Alicia had grown out highlights and the remnants of a long, layered cut going on. Since she was up for anything but a pixie, I immediately decided to richen up her dull locks with a warm chocolately brown tint. Think Hershey’s Kisses. It was Valentines Day for crying out loud!!!

Next, I cut those long, tired layers into a triangular bob. (That is shorter in the back and longer towards the face.) I layered it heavily so it would be full of texture and movement! OH EM GEE!!! She looks amazing!!!

On the day of our final pictures, I had so much fun styling her! She came in with her natural texture, just air dried. A few curls with my Enzo and she had fun, tousled curls. We twisted and pinned and created a super quick up-do and then blew her out straight. Amazing how versatile this shorter bob can be!!!
