Can you say that three times fast?  I was so excited to meet Beckey of Hippo Brigade after meeting/chatting with her on Twitter.  We had quite a few things in common, like our uncommon baby boy name and having both attended Paul Mitchell The School for our beauty training.  I was also excited because I love makeovers and she told me I could cut off some hair, no guidelines except she wanted layers.  GOOD TIMES!

The first row is Beckey when she came in.  She wanted to be more blonde and I totally agreed.  Her highlights were very golden, okay brassy, and it just really needed much brighter blonde in it.

The next row are shots she took at home.  I would be a much better blogger if I didn’t get so carried away with the hair in my hands and remember to take the damn photos!  She curled a few pieces which make this layered bob really sexy.

A few days later Beckey emailed me more shots of her hair blown out smooth.  Can you say sophistication??!!  She looks hot and can totally rock this cute ‘do!

Thank you for the photos Beckey!  Your’s are a million times more awesome than the ones I would have taken had I remembered!
